The DAV Guardian Society
The DAV Guardian Society extends appreciation during the lifetimes of those who create legacy gifts for the DAV; that is, gifts that will benefit the DAV in the future. Such gifts can be made through wills or other estate plans as well as through life-income gifts such as charitable gift annuities.
Those who create legacy gifts are among our most special supporters. We can think of no greater honor to us and to the injured heroes we serve than to create one of these gifts that provide for a strong DAV future. In return, we honor legacy donors through what we think of as our own Hall of Fame: the DAV Guardian Society.
Members receive the society's engraved certificate of appreciation, a special lapel pin, and a window decal. Names of new members are listed in the society's newsletter to inspire others to follow in their footsteps. Their names are also permanently recorded at DAV National Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
If you have already included the DAV in your estate plans, please let us know by calling one of our friendly and knowledgeable gift planners at 1-800-216-9802, then press 1. Gift Planning Staff
